Ronke Kesington-Oloye

I have been opportune to work in the healthcare setting for over 26 years, both nationally and internationally. My experience includes working in both developing and developed countries. My relevant experience includes working in the NHS with over 21 years’ NHS experience in both the Acute and Primary Care setting and over 10 years in senior NHS management. I am a qualified registered nurse and a qualified registered Paediatrics nurse.

As a highly experience Healthcare senior manager and a history of successfully achieving excellent results with individuals, groups, processes and systems on leadership projects and change management. A good track record of actively shaping and contributing to local implementation of the new ways of working in her local NHS. I have insightful understanding of the ‘big picture’ in healthcare. Consistently manifest a marked level of drive and determination, together with flair.
